Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If your order consists of several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in two ways:

1. Online Withdrawal

You can use our Withdrawal Button available on our website to electronically submit your withdrawal.

The withdrawal function is clearly accessible and can be used throughout the applicable withdrawal period.

After selecting the withdrawal function, you will be asked to provide or confirm the information necessary to identify your order and process the withdrawal. You will then have the opportunity to review your withdrawal declaration before submitting it.

Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of your withdrawal on a durable medium, such as by email.

2. By Email or Other Clear Statement

Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

You may use the following wording, 

I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods:

Order number: [ORDER NUMBER]

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We will not charge you any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has already been dispatched, the statutory rules regarding reimbursement of delivery costs apply.

We will reimburse the standard delivery costs paid for the original order where required by applicable law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be reimbursed.

If the order has already been dispatched at the time you submit your withdrawal, you may be required to return the goods in accordance with the applicable return instructions. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
