How do I return my Order?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can find more information on that in the Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy.

1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return goods freight collect (unpaid).

3. Please note that the above-mentioned points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

4. You have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
